Sales Channel Supervisor

The Sales Channel Supervisor manages and grows brand sales and visibility across third-party aggregator platforms. The role focuses on digital promotions, campaign execution, brand consistency, and performance monitoring in line with marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Aggregator Marketing & Channel Management
- Manage all aggregator platforms from a marketing and sales perspective.
- Ensure brand consistency across menus, pricing, images, descriptions, and promotions.
- Maintain updated and accurate digital storefronts.
Sales Growth & Campaign Performance
- Drive sales growth through effective use of aggregator tools, ads, bundles, and promos.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance per platform.
- Analyze trends, customer behavior, and campaign results to recommend improvements.
Promotions & Digital Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute aggregator-exclusive marketing campaigns in coordination with the Marketing team.
- Manage promo calendars and ensure timely launch of campaigns.
- Evaluate ROI and effectiveness of promos and visibility programs.
Brand Visibility & Customer Experience
- Improve store visibility, ratings, and discoverability within aggregator platforms.
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback; recommend corrective actions with Operations.
- Support initiatives to improve order accuracy, fulfillment time, and overall customer satisfaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
