Expansion of distribution channels through recruitment, training & development, accreditation (agent, leader, broker, affinity partner) and channel services.

Job Description :

I. Channel Recruitment, Accreditation & Activation, Channel Productivity

  1. Recruitment of Group Sales Managers, Unit Sales Managers, Sales Agents, Brokers and other channels of distribution who will promote and sell the products of ICARE.

  2. Conduct product training to new recruits and existing sales partners in coordination with Training and Sales Support Specialist.

  3. Assist in the accreditation of newly recruited and trained agents.

  4. Conduct follow-up activities to trained agents to ensure conversion from accredited to activated agents.

  5. Conduct monitoring, communication and coordination with existing and inactive Sales Partners to encourage new sales and consistent sales.

  6. Conduct monitoring and evaluation of the performance of Agency Leaders (GSM, USM) vis-à-vis respective contractual requirements on manpower and production. Recommend action plans for continuous productivity of distribution channels.

  7. Participate in organizing agency meetings, assemblies, forum, event, etc.

  8. Prepare Channel Dev't. Reports (recruited, trained, accredited, activated and active).

  9. Assist the agents and other distribution channels in their transactions with ICARE

II. Other Channel Services

  1. Collaborate with the Training & Sales Support Specialist in the development of selling tools to aid the sales channels with their activities (brochures, manuals, kits, presentation materials, etc.).

  2. Participate in the development of sales channel promotions / incentive programs.

  3. Participate in the preparation and conduct of channel related activities and events such as sales kick-off, agency assembly, sales excellence awards, agents forum, agents sales clinic, etc.

  4. Assist the CDSSD Head in the coordination of activities for the conduct of sales channel incentive programs and qualifiers (materials, budget, validation, requisition).

  5. Perform other functions that may be assigned when necessary.
