Job Summary

Our Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing sales opportunities for our label and sticker products. This role requires a strong understanding of the printing and packaging industry, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. The successful candidate will be a key driver of our business growth in the Philippine market.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

  • New Business Acquisition: Proactively prospect and acquire new clients in target industries through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry and consultation to negotiation, contract signing, and post-sales follow-up.
  • Product Consultation: Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate label materials, adhesives, finishes, and printing processes (e.g., digital, flexographic) to provide optimal solutions.

Strategy and Reporting

  • Quotation and Bidding: Prepare accurate and competitive sales quotations and formal bids in a timely manner.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify business opportunities and risks.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline in the CRM system and provide regular, accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Liaise closely with the Production/Operations team to ensure all client specifications and deadlines are accurately communicated and met, guaranteeing high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the Design team to ensure artwork and label specifications align with the client's brief and technical printing requirements.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the printing, packaging, or a related B2B manufacturing industry.
  • Experience selling custom labels, stickers, or flexible packaging is a strong advantage.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Fluent in English and Filipino, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional Negotiation and Closing Skills: Proven track record of successfully negotiating and finalizing sales contracts.
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of label printing technology (digital, flexo, screen) and understanding of label materials (e.g., paper, film, vinyl) is highly desirable.
  • Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of motivation to achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Must possess a professional demeanor and a high sense of accountability.
