We are looking for a results-driven and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is skilled in finding new clients, building strong business relationships, and closing sales opportunities while meeting set targets.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively search for and acquire new clients through networking, cold calling, online platforms, and referrals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement lead generation and promotional strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Account Executive, or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-hunting skills.
- Ability to independently look for clients and generate leads.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
