Global Empire Manufacturing Corporation or GEM Corporation, is an innovative start-up specializing in food and supplement manufacturing. We partner with brand owners and small business entrepreneurs to help them create their brands by providing high-quality production, formulation, and labeling services. Our products include powder-based coffee, juices, formulated drinks, and food supplements like glutathione, vitamin C, collagen, and other FDA-approved slimming products.

Job Summary:

We seek a highly motivated and driven Sales Executive to join our team and help us grow our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales and business development, with a passion for the food and nutraceutical industry

Responsibilities:

· Generate new sales leads and establish relationships with potential clients

· Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue

· Provide great customer service and build strong relationships with clients

· Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients and stakeholders

· Forecast sales, monitor market trends, and report on sales performance

· Collaborate with other departments, including production, R&D, Warehouse, Regulatory, and Accounting for costing, product development, inventory of raw materials, and turnaround time for delivery to set expectations with the clients

· Participate in monthly sales reports with the operations team

· Reach monthly target quota

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

· Preferably with experience in the Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical industries, Medical Representative, or Networking.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and account or client management, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

· Great communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

· Good understanding of the food and beverage industry and regulatory requirements

· Presentable with a good and positive attitude toward work

· A team player who can work under pressure

· Can start ASAP and work onsite

· Able to communicate in Tagalog, English
