The HR Head is in charge of giving the Human Resources division strategic leadership and guidance. This position is in charge of organizing, creating, and carrying out HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that advance the objectives of the company. In addition to driving talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development efforts, the HR Head also makes sure that labor regulations are followed and cultivates a favorable workplace culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops and implements HR strategies that support the company's goals. Advises management on workforce planning and organizational needs, and leads initiatives to improve HR processes and employee experience.
  • Oversees hiring and onboarding to attract qualified candidates, ensures staffing needs are met on time and within budget, and develops strategies to retain employees and prepare future leaders.
  • Leads the implementation and improvement of the performance evaluation system and works with department heads to set clear goals and monitor employee performance.
  • Works on payroll and oversees benefits, and rewards to ensure fairness and compliance, and recommends updates to compensation and incentives based on performance and market trends.
  • Promotes good employee relations by addressing concerns and keeping open communication, ensures compliance with labor laws, and leads investigations and disciplinary actions when needed.
  • Leads programs that build a positive company culture, boost employee morale and engagement, and promote recognition, wellness, and effective internal communication.
  • Develops and updates HR policies and procedures and ensures they are consistently applied across all departments and locations.
  • Handles the onboarding such as NHO, preparing of JO, Employment Contracts, Bank Endorsement, etc.
  • Conducting exit interviews and prepares the offboarding documents of the employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
