The
Training and Research Assistant

will be primarily responsible for gathering and analyzing data that supports business development, sales strategies, and organizational growth. The role will also play a key part in coordinating and facilitating sales training sessions and coaching activities to ensure that sellers are equipped with the skills needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor practices, and training methodologies.
  • Compile, organize, and analyze data for reports, presentations, and decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing research summaries, training content, and evaluation tools.
  • Help facilitate sales training sessions and coaching activities to ensure active engagement and smooth execution.
  • Provide logistical support for training programs, workshops, and seminars.
  • Support post-training evaluations and recommend improvements based on feedback and data.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on research and development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (open to fresh graduates).
  • Preferably with internship or work experience in research, training, or sales support.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to present findings clearly.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Good communication and presentation skills (English and Filipino).
  • Comfortable speaking before groups and assisting in training or coaching activities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn.
