A Site Development Head is responsible in planning, directing, and coordinating with the Site Development Team and Subcontractor on the construction and renovation of new and existing stores from start to finish in a complete and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct construction projects of the Site Development Team from conception to completion.
  • Coordinate and supervise Quality Assurance Team Leaders on the construction process from conceptual development stage through final construction, making sure that the projects gets done on time and within the budget.
  • Oversee the planning, scheduling and implementation of store designs and lay out.
  • Determine the best way to get materials to the site and the most cost effective plan and schedule for completing the project.
  • Organizes construction site activities, budgeting the time to meet deadlines.
  • Directs and monitor the progress of construction activities through construction supervisors.
  • Oversee the delivery and use of materials, tools, equipment; Contractor's productivity and safety and the quality of the construction.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven working experience in construction management
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
  • Understanding of all facets of the construction process
  • Ability to plan and see the "big picture"
  • Competent in conflict and crisis management
  • Leadership and human resources management skills
  • Excellent time and project management skills
