OVERVIEW:

  • To assist the Site Operations Head in ensuring timely and efficient compliance to set targets in all project sites (project schedule and project cost) and to ensure adherence to all quality and workmanship procedures across all sites by sharing the knowledge and best practices incurred to continuously improve;

  • To oversee all activities within the area of responsibility, assess current practices, and recommend improvements to be at par with the industry;

  • To ensure adherence to all environmental, occupational health and safety requirements in all managed sites;

  • To review, analyze and report project performance within the area of responsibility; and

  • To assist in all project concerns from construction to post construction activities within the area of responsibility and to adapt best program/solutions to other projects.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Qualifications

  • With at least 5 years of working experience in the construction industry preferably in horizontal development
  • With at least 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • A post-graduate degree is an advantage

Knowledge

  • Applicable real estate policies, standard practices, and relevant laws (i.e., National Building Code, Fire Code of the Philippines, Subdivision and Condominium buyer's Protective Decree (PD 957, Economic and Socialized Housing (BP 220)
  • Land development and housing construction
  • Construction Health and Safety
  • Design and Engineering Tools and Programs (i.e., Autocad)
  • MS Office applications
