Head of Human Resources

Position Overview:
The Head of Human Resources will oversee all aspects of human resource management, including strategic planning, talent acquisition, performance management, organizational development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and compliance. This role requires a forward-thinking HR leader who understands the fast-paced, people-driven nature of the advertising industry and can build systems that support both creativity and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's vision, mission, and growth objectives.
- Partner with executive management to design organizational structures that promote agility, collaboration, and innovation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on all people-related matters.
Talent Acquisition & Development
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top creative, strategic, and operational talent.
- Design and implement talent development programs that enhance skills, leadership, and performance.
- Oversee performance management processes to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Foster a strong company culture that encourages creativity, collaboration, and inclusivity.
- Implement engagement initiatives that boost morale, retention, and team productivity.
- Address employee concerns proactively and ensure alignment with company values.
Compensation, Benefits & Compliance
- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that support employee satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, and labor compliance matters.
Organizational Development & Transformation
- Drive organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to implement HR systems and policies that support scalability and long-term success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with 5 years in a leadership or head role.
- Must come from an Advertising, Media, or Creative Company (required).
- Proven experience in leading HR strategy, talent development, and organizational culture initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with structure in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
