We're now seeking an accomplished Head of Business Development with a strong command of Revenue Performance Management (RPM) to lead our growth strategy and revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development and revenue strategies aligned with ETAP's growth objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure — ensuring consistent performance and alignment with targets.
  • Implement and continuously refine Revenue Performance Management (RPM) frameworks to enhance productivity, forecasting accuracy, and revenue efficiency.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and Product to deliver seamless growth initiatives.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing BD and sales team.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or revenue leadership.
  • MUST have strong, hands-on experience with Revenue Performance Management (RPM). (Candidates without RPM expertise will not be considered).
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, optimizing sales operations, and managing performance metrics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
