Project Role description

Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Summary:

As a Business Architect, you will engage in a variety of tasks that focus on identifying opportunities to enhance business value. Your typical day will involve assessing the current state of business processes, capturing high-level requirements, and defining effective business solutions. You will also translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding their implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and technology solutions.

  • Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate proposed solutions.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Provide guidance and support during the implementation of business solutions and initiatives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

  • Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis.

  • Experience with change management methodologies and practices.

  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable plans.

  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.

  • Experience in stakeholder management and communication.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

  • This position is based at our Manila office.
