Our Manila Philippines location is seeking an SAP IT Consultant for our AMER & APAC HR Operations

  • Regional Requirements
  • Document technical and business process changes related to local legal or operational requirements
  • Align local needs with global IT standards and coordinate necessary changes
  • Implement solutions within the ContiTech standard IT landscape (e.g., SAP HCM)
  • Regional Operations
  • Ensure ongoing business and system operations within the region
  • Apply structured problem-solving methods and integrate lessons learned to manage technical issues effectively
  • Change Management
  • Align technical requirements with the global HR Solutions team
  • Contribute to or define technical concepts for system changes
  • Implement region-specific enhancements

  • Support rollout and adoption of new features and processes within the existing IT landscape

  • Local Applications

    - Document technical and business process aspects of local applications needed to meet legal requirements

  • Ensure and document compliance approvals (e.g., data protection, cybersecurity)
  • Support integration of local applications into the ContiTech IT landscape
  • Maintain operations and support of related system interfaces
  • Knowledge Management

    - Promote the use of lessons learned across teams and within the Competence Center
  • Foster continuous learning and best-practice sharing across regions and with HR Solutions
  • Stay informed about system upgrades and assess their impact on operations

Qualifications:

  • Academic degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent through practical experience
  • Several years of experience in a multinational SAP environment, ideally with focus on SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors
  • Proven track record of at least one successful regional or global HR IT project implementation
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes; experience in operational roles (e.g., LKU, CKU) is a plus
  • Cross-functional and cross-business area thinking
  • Solid knowledge of SAP FI and related modules
  • Affinity for data analysis and the ability to create actionable insights
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in high-visibility roles
  • Experience leading and guiding multinational, cross-cultural teams
  • Excellent communication skills across different management levels and cultural environments
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
