Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute end-to-end SAP B1 implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Conduct detailed business process analysis and recommend system enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
  • Configure and support key SAP Business One modules such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, MRP, and Production.
  • Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for customizations or integrations.
  • Create and execute test plans, user training materials, and documentation for SAP B1 solutions.
  • Utilize SQL queries, Crystal Reports, and SAP HANA to support reporting, analytics, and data validation.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues across SAP B1 modules.
  • Engage with clients to understand requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience as an SAP Business One Functional Consultant.
  • Minimum of 3 full-cycle SAP B1 implementations.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP B1 modules: Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, MRP, Production.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL queries, Crystal Reports, and familiarity with SAP HANA.
  • Proven experience in implementation, configuration, and process optimization within SAP B1.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and client engagement skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a consultative approach.

  • Amenable to 3days Onsite per week on EMEA Shift
