The SAP Functional Consultant will act as a critical link between business requirements and technical solutions. This role involves full life-cycle implementation, configuration, and support of SAP modules to enhance our client's or internal business functionality and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze current business processes and scenarios, and translate them into functional requirements for SAP.
  • Design, configure, and test SAP system modules ([Specify relevant modules]) to meet documented business needs.
  • Develop functional specifications for custom developments, enhancements, reports, and interfaces (RICEFW objects).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical developers (ABAP), basis, and other functional consultants, to ensure integrated and optimal solutions.
  • Conduct end-user training, provide post-implementation support, and troubleshoot complex system issues.
  • Participate in project planning, management, and deployment, ensuring deliverables are on time and within budget.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP best practices, new technologies (e.g., S/4HANA), and industry trends.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience Minimum of [Specify number, e.g., 5] years of hands-on experience as an SAP Functional.

Expertise: Extensive knowledge and configuration experience in [Specify Key Module, e.g., SAP FICO].

Project Experience: Involvement in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation (from Blueprint to Go-Live).

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of key integration points between SAP modules and experience writing functional specifications.

Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant SAP Certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - [Module]).
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project methodologies.
