Responsibilities
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP EWM functionalities, including warehouse tasks, handling units, RF transactions, and related components.
  • Perform ABAP development including ABAP Objects, enhancements, user exits, BADIs, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Support EWM processes such as inbound/outbound logistics, storage control, slotting, and inventory management.
  • Develop and troubleshoot integration interfaces using IDoc, ALE, Web Services, and REST APIs.
  • Participate in full development lifecycle activities including design, coding, testing, documentation, and production support.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between EWM and other SAP modules.
  • Provide technical support during SAP S/4HANA EWM or decentralized EWM implementations and upgrades.
Qualifications
  • 5–8 years of SAP development experience, including 2–3 years specifically in SAP EWM.
  • Strong proficiency in ABAP, ABAP Objects, and performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience building EWM-specific components such as warehouse tasks, handling units, and RF frameworks.
  • Good understanding of core EWM functional processes: inbound/outbound operations, storage control, and inventory management.
  • Experience with integration technologies including IDoc, ALE, Web Services, and REST APIs.
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA EWM or decentralized EWM environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams.
  • Amenable to 3days Onsite per week on EMEA Shift
