Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and optimization of SAP Manufacturing modules including PP, PP-PI, and QM.
  • Manage global SAP implementation and support initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Analyze, model, and enhance manufacturing processes such as production planning, shop floor execution, batch management, and quality control.
  • Ensure seamless integration of manufacturing processes with Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Warehouse Management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and provide expert guidance throughout project phases.
  • Provide leadership in both ECC and SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing environments, including migrations and transformation programs.
  • Lead workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to stakeholders and project teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues, ensuring system stability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • 8–10 years of experience in SAP manufacturing-focused modules within international SAP projects.
  • Strong functional expertise in PP, PP-PI, and QM, including design, configuration, support, and process optimization.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end manufacturing operations, including production planning, execution, capacity planning, batch processes, and quality management.
  • Experience working in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive decision-making in complex project environments.

  • Amenable to 3days Onsite per week on EMEA Shift
