Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end SAP implementation activities, including project scoping, solution design, and roadmap development for international deployments.
  • Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements related to Finance and Controlling (FICO) and ensure seamless integration with Supply Chain processes.
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define processes, identify gaps, propose optimized solutions, and drive alignment across business and IT teams.
  • Provide strategic guidance by aligning SAP solutions with overall business goals and long-term organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement best-practice SAP processes and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee process modeling, documentation, and testing activities, with familiarity in tools such as Signavio and Tricentis considered an advantage.
  • Identify risks, recommend mitigation plans, and ensure successful project execution within timelines and scope.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by challenging existing processes and recommending innovative enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of experience in international SAP implementation projects, including scoping, design, and roadmap definition phases.
  • Solid understanding of Finance and Controlling (FICO) processes and their integration with Supply Chain operations.
  • Proven ability to lead workshops, define business requirements, propose innovative solutions, and challenge ideas constructively to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Strong strategic mindset, capable of aligning IT solutions with overall business objectives.

  • Familiarity with process modeling and testing tools such as Signavio and Tricentis is a plus.

  • Amenable to 3days Onsite per week on EMEA Shift
