About the Role:

As a Training Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our team has the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive in the dynamic lending environment. You will design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs that cover everything from our loan products and processes to customer service excellence and compliance. You'll be a key driver in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within our company.

What You'll Do:

  • Understand our training needs: You'll work with managers and teams to figure out what skills and knowledge will help them perform their best and meet our business goals.
  • Make sure training is working: You'll track the effectiveness of our training programs through feedback and assessments, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring we're getting results.
  • Stay up-to-date: You'll keep our training materials current with the latest lending regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Welcome and onboard new hires: You'll create and deliver onboarding programs that provide new team members with a solid foundation for success in their roles.
  • Keep things organized: You'll manage training schedules, materials, and track employee participation and completion.
  • Collaborate with the team: You'll work closely with subject matter experts and other departments to ensure our training is accurate and relevant.
  • Explore new ways to learn: You'll stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in training and recommend innovative approaches to enhance learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php30,531.00 per month
