
HR and OD Assistant

Responsible for organizing, monitoring, and supporting various aspects of HR projects to ensure its successful completion. They act as a bridge between project managers, team members, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations, communication, and adherence to project goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Psychololgy or a related field.
- Previous experience in project management, contract management, or financial monitoring roles is highly advantageous.
- Open to FRESH GRADUATES
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Monitoring & Coordination: Track project schedules, progress, and resource availability; coordinate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and finalize contracts; ensure legal and organizational compliance; monitor contract timelines and obligations.
- Financial Oversight: Track budgets and expenses; coordinate with Accounting for payments and financial reports; provide tentative financial updates and escalate variances
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project records; prepare and distribute status and financial reports.
- Logistics & Administration: Support resource allocation and scheduling; organize meetings, prepare agendas and minutes; handle invoicing and vendor coordination.
