The Training Officer plays a key role in developing store-level talent by designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that support and enhance operational excellence, employee development, and brand consistency across Banapple commercial operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Training Program Development

· Conducts performance and training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and business requirements.

· Designs and develops training modules for:

-Store operations

-Customer service

-Food safety and cleanliness

-Leadership and management development

-Coordinates with operations and HR teams to align training with business goals.

2. Training Delivery & Facilitation

· Facilitates onboarding and continuous learning sessions for team members, supervisors, and managers.

· Implements blended learning approaches (classroom, on-the-job, digital).

· Coaches and mentors store teams to reinforce learning outcomes.

· Works with Research & Development on technical transfer.

3. Monitoring & Evaluation

· Tracks training effectiveness through post-training assessments and performance metrics.

· Maintains training records and prepares reports for management.

· Conducts audits to ensure compliance with operational standards and training protocols.

4. Collaboration & Support

· Works closely with the Commercial Operations Manager and Cluster Managers to support employee development.

· Assists in organizing company-wide training events and initiatives.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

· Strong presentation, training, and group facilitation skills.

· Excellent communication skills - active listening, influencing and engaging.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's Degree

· At least five (5) years' experience as Training Supervisor

· Willing to conduct store operations visit

· Willing to work on-site in Katipunan, Quezon City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
