JOB SUMMARY:

  • The OD & Learning Officer is mainly responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and evaluation of organizational development (OD) and learning programs.
  • This role focuses on enhancing organizational effectiveness, building employee capability, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring that our workforce is aligned with strategic business goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in an HR, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development role.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and e-learning design tools.
  • Experience in designing and facilitating training workshops.

Office Address: Baesa Industrial Terminal, Quirino Highway, QC.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
