Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists in the development and implementation of Skills Enhancement Training Courses that aim to bridge diagnosed performance gaps(s).
- Conduct Training Results Evaluation.
- Assists the Asst. Training Manager in the development and delivery of the Seller Programs for all Sales channels being supported.
- Performs Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to further improve Training programs.
- Conducts regular New Recruit On-Boarding Training.
- Ensures that all Training Manager in the preparation of Training plans to be presented for approval.
- Assists in the implementation of approved Seller Engagement programs.
- Performs additional tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Be able to create and translate training presentations into computer-based training programs/e-learning modules using the Learning Management System (LMS).
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree holder preferably in Business Administration / Management / Marketing / Human Resource Management.
- Preferably with significant experience in instructional design.
- Preferably with experience in training delivery in Real Estate or BPO setting.
