
Training Officer

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Public or Business Administration, Behavioral Science, or related field.
- At least three (3) years of relevant experience in end-to-end training.
- With extensive background in training design and facilitation.
- Proficient in MS Office application; Photoshop/Canva skill is a plus.
- Advanced interpersonal skills and detail oriented.
Job Description:
- Participate in the development, review, and monitoring of the annual training matrix.
- Coordinate the development, delivery, and evaluation of employee learning and development activities.
- Design and deliver in-house briefings, workshops and other required course materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals, and exercises.
- Collect and analyze training data to identify areas of effectiveness, return on investment, value for money and any areas for improvement for reporting purposes.
- Provide advice to managers, employees on learning and development and a resource to managers in sourcing appropriate training.
- Monitor expenditure and report against training budget including provision of explanations for any variances.
- Coordinate with HR for employee inductions, including review and development to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the program.

- Area of Assignment: Head Office - 6th Avenue, Caloocan City (temporary)
- Head Office will move to Mandaluyong by November 2025
