Job Summary:

The Performance Marketing & E-commerce Specialist is responsible for driving online sales

growth and maximizing ROI through paid advertising, performance marketing campaigns,

and e-commerce platform management. This role combines data-driven marketing

expertise with hands-on e-commerce operations to ensure Sip2Glow's products are

well-promoted, easily discoverable, and consistently optimized for conversion across all

online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing

● Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok,

and other relevant platforms.

● Monitor ad performance, analyze KPIs, and adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets

for maximum ROI.

● Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve campaign

results.

● Collaborate with the creative team to produce ad content that aligns with brand

objectives.

E-commerce Management

● Manage and optimize Sip2Glow's online storefronts (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee,

Lazada, Shopify, or other platforms).

● Ensure product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and optimized with relevant

keywords.

● Coordinate with the warehouse, customer service, and sales teams to maintain

smooth order processing and fulfillment.

● Track and report on e-commerce KPIs including sales, traffic, conversion rate, and

customer acquisition cost.

Data & Reporting

● Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for

improvement.

● Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable recommendations.

● Stay updated on e-commerce trends, new tools, and advertising best practices.

Collaboration & Process Improvement

● Work with the Brand Manager and Campaign Manager to align paid media strategies

with brand campaigns.

● Recommend process enhancements to improve ad efficiency and e-commerce

Workflows.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related

field.

● 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing and/or e-commerce

management, preferably in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle products.

Skills & Competencies

● Proven track record in managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns with measurable

results.

● Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations.

● Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and

TikTok Ads Manager.

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

● Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced

environment.
