Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on innovative campaigns, budget management, and strategic partnerships.
  • Maintain and analyze customer loyalty data to drive future growth and engagement.
  • Conduct fieldwork with sales or independently to gather insights and refresh clients on campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize loyalty programs to boost customer retention.
  • Train and empower sales teams on new products and marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed client reports and performance analyses, offering actionable recommendations.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and promotional activities with confidence.
  • Develop sponsorship partnerships and propose ROI-focused plans.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling advertising materials.
  • Ensure eye-catching visual merchandising and manage store displays effectively.
  • Plan and organize materials and collateral for store channels.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Excel (including Pivot tables), PowerPoint, and marketing tools like Google Sketch.
  • Strong sales, marketing, and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
  • Advanced computer skills and familiarity with industry marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication—written and verbal.
  • Creative, resourceful, and capable of thinking outside the box.
