Facts & Fables is a boutique digital marketing agency located in WeWork, Tower 3, BGC, Taguig. We specialize in social media management, content creation, influencer marketing, and paid ads.

Role Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns who can drive generate measurable sales and revenue growth while building brand presence across digital platforms. You will be responsible for managing campaigns across multiple digital platforms tracking results, and making data-driven decisions to maximize ROI as well as increase brand awareness, reach, and engagement with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement paid media strategies focused on sales, conversions, and ROAS
  • Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), TikTok Ads, YouTube and others as needed
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance
  • Implement tracking systems (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4) to ensure accurate conversion reporting)
  • Monitor budgets, bid strategies, and campaign pacing to hit revenue and acquisition goals.
  • Analyze campaign data and produce clear, sales-focused reports (CPA, ROAS, cost per lead, revenue generated)
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
  • Stay updated on platform changes, best practices, and emerging channels.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in performance marketing with experience running ROI-positive campaigns
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and sales funnels
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets Skills for campaign data analysis
  • Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization tools (e.g., Unbounce, Leadpages, Webflow preferred but not required)
  • Ability to work with sales targets and revenue KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills to translate data insights into actionable recommendations

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in e-commerce or lead generation campagins
  • familiarity with affiliate marketing or influencer-driven paid ads
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign)
