We're at the cutting edge of digital solutions for the dental industry, and as we scale rapidly, we need a Performance Manager who can take our marketing efforts to the next level. This role offers the perfect blend of challenge, autonomy, and opportunity—ideal for someone eager to prove their expertise and grow working with a team of 14 people.

What You'll Own

• Strategize, build, and optimize high-performing paid social and search campaigns across Facebook, Google Ads (Search & Display), and LinkedIn that drive significant results and scale.
• Manage and grow a substantial ad budget across all platforms, constantly refining strategies to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and revenue growth.
• Analyze cross-platform campaign performance, offering deep insights and implementing changes that consistently push the envelope.
• Innovate with new approaches to audience targeting, creative testing, and retargeting strategies specifically tailored for Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate across marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure alignment and capitalize on new opportunities across all paid channels.
• Lead data-driven experimentation to discover what works best across different platforms, using deep insights to refine and perfect campaigns.
• Take charge of reporting on key KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and others, clearly demonstrating your impact across all ad platforms.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads (Search & Display), and LinkedIn, ideally in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
• A proven track record of scaling campaigns and delivering outstanding performance across multiple ad platforms.
• Expert-level knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, including audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and advanced optimization strategies specific to each platform.
• Strong analytical mindset, always diving into data from all sources to find actionable insights that drive results.
• A growth mindset—you're someone who thrives on challenging goals and constantly seeks to raise the bar.
• A creative problem solver who loves to test new ideas and isn't afraid to take calculated risks.
