The Role

Are you a Digital Marketing expert who excels in delivering measurable outcomes? Do you have a proven ability to turn strategy into performance across platforms like Google Ads and Meta?

We are currently seeking someone who's analytical, creative, and deeply passionate about performance media, someone who doesn't just manage projects, but builds high impact acquisition campaigns that create highly successful and long term client relationships.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of digital performance campaigns. You'll work closely with stakeholders across brand, design, and technology to build full funnel journeys that convert. With direct ownership of campaign performance, and reporting, this is your chance to make a measurable impact on our business and most importantly our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise digital performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and more

• Manage account structures, targeting, bidding, and creative assets to drive efficient performance

• Monitor key KPIs and conversion volume, and adjust strategies accordingly

• Build and present detailed campaign performance reports with clear insights and next steps

• Collaborate with the Marketing team and key stakeholders on landing page strategy, creative testing, and user journey improvements

• Stay on top of digital trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edge

• Support budget allocation and forecasting based on performance trends and growth targets

What We're Looking For

• 5 years of experience in a performance focused digital marketing role

• Experience working with offshore companies ideally in Australian and even better if its in the Financial Services industry

• Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, and A/B testing methodologies

• A data driven mindset with the ability to interpret results and pivot strategies with confidence

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights

• A proactive, curious, and commercially minded individual who's always looking for ways to improve

• Understanding, planning for and exceeding KPIs

• Proven experience developing and testing high-performing ad creatives and persuasive copy in collaboration with design and content teams, with a strong understanding of what drives engagement and conversions.

Technical Skillset Required

• Proficient in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max)

• Skilled in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Looker Studio for campaign performance analysis and reporting

• Experienced with Meta Business Manager including Advantage campaigns Hands-on with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for event and conversion tracking

• Knowledge of attribution modeling with GTM, GA4, and Looker Studio

• Familiarity with heatmapping/CRO tools like Hotjar
