Do you have the language skills and customer-first mindset to keep online shoppers happy? We're looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to support our e-commerce operations across Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound inquiries via email/chat on Amazon Buyer Messages, Walmart Seller Center, and Shopify.
  • Provide clear and timely support on orders, shipping, returns, refunds, and product details.
  • Process returns, replacements, and refunds in line with platform policies and SOPs.
  • Monitor open cases daily, ensuring all tickets are resolved within SLA timelines.
  • Escalate complex cases (A-to-Z claims, chargebacks, logistics exceptions) to Tier 2 or management.
  • Keep accurate documentation in CRM/ticketing systems for accountability.
  • Work with logistics and warehouse teams when issues require operational support.
  • Maintain a professional and brand-aligned tone across all communications.

Qualifications

  • Can speak and understand the Spanish Language
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify) is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Customer-first attitude with a knack for clear, empathetic communication.
