We are looking for
Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representatives
to join our growing team in Cebu. This role is ideal for candidates who are fluent in both
Spanish and English
, possess strong communication skills, and have prior experience in the BPO industry. You will handle customer inquiries, provide excellent service, and ensure a positive experience for our Spanish- and English-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, and chat support in both Spanish and English.
  • Assist customers with product/service inquiries, billing concerns, troubleshooting, and account-related issues.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
  • Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
  • Meet performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of BPO/customer service experience.
  • Must be currently residing in Cebu and willing to work onsite.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting schedules.
  • Proficiency in using computers and basic office applications.
