We're looking for Bilingual speakers specializing in Spanish Bilingual

Should be fluent and proficient in both English and one of the languages listed above.

What will you do?

  • Respond to Customer requests (by phone, email).
  • Examine and resolve customer service issues.
  • Addressing customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communicating changes, updates, delays, or complications with customers.
  • Process orders and resolve payment, refund, and billing issues.

Ø Develop and execute sales campaigns using various sales tactics and focused messaging.

Ø Establish and leverage strategies with existing partners to gain market share.

Ø Work in a consultative manner to ensure expectations and success are achieved.

Ø Achieve performance metrics and consistently hit quota.

Ø Ensure all business processes and policies are followed with precision, including but not limited to systems use, sales methodology, communication standards, etc.

Ø Troubleshoot small technical setup issues or route them to relevant teams.

Ø Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision-makers, build quick rapport, assess needs and close the sale.

Ø Own individual and team revenue quota for hardware and software products.
