MedGather is looking for a highly organized, adaptable, and professional Bilingual Spanish Virtual Assistant to provide critical administrative and operational support to our diverse clientele. This role requires an individual who can expertly manage a range of virtual administrative duties, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clients' businesses and communication with their Spanish-speaking stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and correspondence in both Spanish and English with professionalism and clarity.
  • Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments, surgeries, and procedures.
  • Coordinate communication between patients, family members, and medical staff.
  • Process prescription orders and ensure timely delivery to patients.
  • Provide administrative support such as handling correspondence, billing, and insurance verification.
  • Participate in telehealth sessions as needed, facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare practices, and regulatory standards.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, with exceptional communication and translation skills.
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative support role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize work independently.
  • Proficiency in common office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite).

Work Setup:

  • Onsite (I.T. Park, Cebu City)
  • Graveyard shift (fixed weekends off)
