Schedule: Night Shift / Shifting Schedule (24/7)

Job Description:

  • Communicate with customers in a professional manner and provide solutions for specific requests as per process guidelines.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs, demonstrate empathy, and deliver excellent customer support.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: Up to ₱20,000
  • Language Premium: ₱45,000 – ₱60,000
  • 20% Night Differential

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • At least Senior High School Graduate
  • With or Without BPO Experience
  • Strictly B2 Spanish Language Proficiency
