Summary:
The HR Supervisor oversees all HR functions, ensuring strategies align with hotel operations and company goals. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation, and compliance with labor laws. The role acts as a strategic partner to management, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and DOLE standards.
- Oversee performance evaluations and training initiatives.
- Review compensation, benefits, and HR reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or Business.
- 2–5 years HR experience (1 year in a supervisory role).
- Preferably with hotel or hospitality industry background.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Location: Kapitolyo Pasig
Work schedule: Monday to Saturday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
