Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities:
1. Partner and Channel Development
Identify, onboard, and maintain partnerships with local affiliates, media platforms,
influencers (KOLs), and marketing agencies in the Philippines.
Assist in business negotiations, contract preparation, and ensure the smooth execution of
cooperation projects.
Explore new partnership opportunities through online and offline channels.
2. Campaign Execution & Performance Tracking
Monitor partner performance metrics such as registrations, FTDs, retention rate, and ROI.
Track and report campaign results using Affiliate platforms or tracking tools (e.g., Adjust,
Affilka, Appsflyer, etc.).
Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Marketing) for settlement and payment
processing.
3. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Conduct market research on major entertainment and gaming brands in the Philippines (e.g.,
BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, Playtime).
Gather intelligence on local digital channels, trends, and influencer ecosystems (Facebook,
TikTok, YouTube, Telegram).
Prepare regular BD performance and market insight reports for management review.
4. Cross-Team Collaboration
Support Marketing teams in achieving quarterly KPIs, including partnership volume, registration
growth, and revenue goals.
Collaborate closely with the marketing, advertising, and creative teams to implement joint
promotional campaigns.
Participate in event planning, partner proposals, and campaign execution.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
2.1–3 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or affiliate
marketing.
3.Strong understanding of the Philippine digital ecosystem (Facebook, TikTok, Telegram,
GCash, Maya, Grab, Coinsph etc.).
4.Fluent in English; proficiency in Tagalog or Chinese is a plus.
5.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
6.Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
7.Experience in iGaming, entertainment, or advertising industries preferred.

Pay: Php50, Php1,200,000.00 per month
