Administration

  • Monitor the performance and efficiency level of coffee specialists and ensure that quotas are being met
  • Coordinates schedule of induction training and immersion of coffee specialist
  • Provide leadership to the assigned coffee specialist and oversee the overall store activities
  • Maintains and submits daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
  • Prepares and submits weekly inventory of the trade points
  • Monitors and maintains sufficient stock level in the trade points
  • Monitors and maintains sufficient consumable level in the trade points
  • Process the purchase orders of the trade points, coordinate with sales admin and SCM, and schedule the delivery with accuracy and timelines
  • Inform partners of unforeseen delays or problems and stock issues
  • Monitors and reviews the attendance, absences, and tardiness of trade coffee specialists and coordinates with the manpower agency/HR department

Activity

  • Assists in the monthly sales review meeting and monthly trade department training/meeting with the coffee specialists
  • Oversee and assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional materials or events
  • Responsible for training new hires
  • Monitor the implementation of marketing events and promotions
  • Conducts demo training to trade partners
  • Conduct and facilitate in-store activations and events
  • Conduct regular store visits and provide key action
  • Monitor coffee specialist progress, identify the short-comings and recommend improvement
  • Ensure adherence to the company and trade partner laws and policies
