Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Metro Manila for a Store Operations Manager. The Store Operations Manager will oversee daily retail operations including staff management, inventory control, and customer service. They will also be responsible for managing profit and loss (P&L), ensuring store policies are followed, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication with both staff and customers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Retail Operations and Operations Management
  • Proficiency in P&L Management and Inventory Control
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is a plus
  • Experience in the food industry is an advantage
