Description

As a Learning and Development Manager, you'll build and lead a dynamic team that will equip our service-focused departments (sales, retail, customer service) with the comprehensive know-how, skill, and confidence to consistently serve our customers with genuine and caring service.

What You Will Do

  • Design and execute Food Service Skills Building Program

  • Identify and propose training programs that are aligned with the Company's core values and priorities

  • Establish the framework for:

  • Standardization of Best Practices

  • Design and Implementation of Training and Accreditation Systems

  • Performance Evaluation that Champions Excellence

  • Analyze effectiveness of training programs aided by data-driven measures

  • Lead and Coach the Learning and Development Team

  • Train the team how to execute the Learning & Development Framework

  • Guide team members through unfamiliar tasks or challenging situations

  • Monitor individual performance and provide regular feedback to direct development

  • Continuous Improvement of Programs

  • Analyze effectiveness of training programs aided by data-driven measures - Identify opportunities for improvements in existing programs or creation of new programs to address gaps

What You Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Humanities, Psychology, Engineering, Hospitality or any related course
  • 5 years work experience, of which 2 years are in a leadership capacity
  • Experience in creating a system that has successfully been operationalized

Anyone Can Cook is a food company that grew its name by consistently upholding its commitment to quality in the making of products, whether for institutional accounts (including the most popular of coffee chains) or through its own Purple Oven stores.
