Learning & Development Manager

Mandaluyong | Hybrid | Night Shift

Salary: ₱120,000 | Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for a dynamic Learning & Development Manager to design, lead, and deliver impactful training and talent development initiatives that drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of learning programs aligned with business goals.

Manage projects, stakeholders, and L&D initiatives end-to-end.

Develop and mentor a high-performing team to achieve learning objectives.

Create engaging learning content using eLearning tools, video animation, and AI-powered platforms.

Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on data and feedback.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

8–10 years of progressive experience in L&D, Training, or Organizational Development, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.

Proven expertise in Project & Stakeholder Management.

Strong background in People Management and team leadership.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skilled in eLearning authoring tools: Articulate Rise, Storyline, 360, Captivate.

Experience with Vyond or similar video animation tools.

Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Intermediate).

Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (e.g., Canva, Synthesia, Tome, ElevenLabs).

Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
