The Learning and Development Manager is accountable for developing and performing human resource strategies that will support the overall organization in line with the company's mission, vision, and core values significantly in areas of performance management, training and development, competency framework development/assessment, succession planning, change management, and performs other duties as assigned.

The Learning and Development Manager works closely with management and employees to promote work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and engagement.

General Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Communication, Business Administration, or Management
  • Must have at least five (5) years of work experience related to Leadership, Management, and Organizational and Training Development
  • Must have experiences in planning and implementing successful OD projects; supporting organizational change; and influencing, building, and sustaining professional relationships
  • Must have a basic understanding of learning systems and knowledge of competency-based learning
  • Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Must be able to identify and drive process improvement projects
  • Must have excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills
