Ally Hunters is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by targeting Australian SMEs with expansion opportunities into the US market. This hybrid role offers the perfect balance of flexibility and collaboration, requiring 1-3 days per week at our modern office in Clark City Front Mall, Pampanga.
About the Role:
As our Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind our expansion into the Australian SME market while laying the groundwork for US market penetration. You'll work in a dynamic, flexible environment that supports both productivity and work-life balance through our hybrid setup. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Australian SME market through comprehensive market research and strategic outreach
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM systems and data analysis tools
- Conduct cold outreach campaigns via phone, email, and social media to generate high-quality leads
Appointment Setting & Client Engagement
- Schedule and coordinate strategic meetings between prospective clients and senior executives
- Deliver compelling initial pitches and presentations to qualified prospects
- Manage objections professionally and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients
Account Management & Business Development
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs
- Track and report on sales pipeline progress, conversion rates, and performance metrics
Market Expansion
Research and analyze market trends in both the Australian and the US SME sectors
Identify emerging opportunities and competitive landscape insights
Support strategic planning for US market entry initiatives
Required Qualifications/Essential Experience
- 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Lead Generation expertise with hands-on experience in prospecting, cold calling, and email campaigns
- Appointment Setting proficiency, including qualification processes and objection handling
- Business Development Management experience witha focus on SME market segments
- Account Management skills withthe ability to maintain long-term client relationships
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms)
- Advanced knowledge of lead generation tools and techniques
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
