Duties and Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition/Management, Employee Relations and Timekeeping and Benefits:

  • Lead end to end recruitment processes and ensure timely hiring
  • Coordinate onboarding, orientation and employee training program
  • Manage employee records, benefits administration, and goverment compliance.
  • Handle timekeeping, attendance and payroll
  • Address employee concerns
  • Maintain HR reports, records and ensure timely submission of refulatory requirments
  • Receives, verifies, and processes forms and documents for Benefits administration such as SSS/HDMF loans, sickness, maternity, PHIC, BIR updates & other related government and regulatory documents.
  • Participates and represents the school division in job fairs & other recruitment programs.
  • Coordinates with the Talent Acquisition and Timekeeping & Benefits Section issues pertaining to recruitment and timekeeping respectively.
  • Attends to queries and grievances of employees; handles due process for minor cases and forwards incident reports (serious & grave cases) to HR Head Office for processing.
  • Facilitates employee clearances in coordination with the respective signatories and submits such to Payroll for final pay processing.
