About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized Sales Administrator to support our Car Sales Division. This role will be responsible for managing administrative and operational activities, ensuring accuracy in reporting, smooth payment processing, contract management, and excellent customer support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Monitor and consolidate KPIs to ensure accurate calculation of bonuses and commissions.
  • Develop and implement standardized workflows and operational processes.
  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance and operational reports.
  • Manage contracts, agreements, and related documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Provide timely customer service and support in line with company directives.

Financial Support

  • Support payment processing and reconcile outstanding balances with banks, customers, and collaborators.
  • Monitor departmental budgets and expenditures.
  • Recommend and implement cost-optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales administration, operations support, or related roles (automotive industry background is an advantage).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, payment reconciliation, and documentation management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
