Responsible for supporting the Sales Team through administrative task and coordinating sales-related activities within the company. Maintaining good customer relationships by acting as an extension of the field sales force.

Job Description:

  • Utilize company resources to develop a filling system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form
  • Work/ coordinate with other department within the company
  • Ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of orders
  • Sort and distribute incoming mails
  • Prepare, keep records and file documents of the clients.
  • Weekly send scheme monitoring to the General Manager- Sales and documents monitoring to Sales Manager, SC-Manager.
  • Prepare request for allowances, cash advance, rebates of our clients, as well as liquidations Process requests such as samples, flyers, documents & etc…
  • Process sales orders of the clients
  • Work/ coordinate with other department within the company

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration or any related 4 year course
  • Experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft, Excel, Word, and PDF
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and can handle work pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php18,304.00 per month
