Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales and Marketing team in implementing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Prepare and update sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and other marketing materials.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales reports, and marketing records.
  • Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments regarding sales and marketing requirements.
  • Assist in managing social media accounts, website updates, and online marketing activities.
  • Support the creation of market research, competitor analysis, and sales performance reports.
  • Monitor inventory of marketing materials and request replenishments when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or administrative support
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of design or digital marketing tools is an advantage.

Working Schedule

Monday to Saturday (8am to 5pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
