QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) required.

· Experience in retail and outright sales

· At least 2 years of experience in a sales administration role or similar capacity, with preference for candidates with exposure to sales operations.

· Strong knowledge of sales processes, including order processing and customer relations.

· Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients.

· Strong in Excel, particularly pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, Word, and PowerPoint.

· Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities with attention to detail.

· Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently while showing initiative.

· Must be able to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity in all interactions.

· Ability to perform well under pressure, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, while also being capable of taking ownership of individual tasks.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide daily administrative support to the Outright Sales Team, including handling inquiries, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth sales processes.

· Receive, verify, and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely order fulfillment.

· Coordinate with the Warehouse and Operations Supervisor/Manager to ensure accurate stock availability and timely delivery schedules

· Address customer queries promptly, provide necessary product information, and resolve any sales-related issues.

· Prepare, update, and maintain accurate sales reports, ensuring timely documentation of all transactions and communications.

· Regularly update customer databases, sales records, and customer profiles to ensure that all information is current and accurate.

· Oversee and manage the timeliness and accuracy of deliveries to customers, ensuring that deliveries meet agreed schedules.

· Assist in preparing sales presentations, quotations, and other materials needed for sales meetings and client discussions.

· Assist in the preparation of weekly or monthly sales performance reports for review by senior management.

· Suggest and help implement process improvements to streamline administrative tasks and improve sales team efficiency.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday | compressed working time (9:00 AM - 6:30 PM)Alternating Saturdays | only twice a month (9:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
