Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced Head Foreman to lead the day-to-day operations of our fabrication shop. This senior leadership role is responsible for supervising production, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage both people and processes.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise a team of fabricators, welders, and machinists. Assign daily tasks and monitor progress to meet production goals. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documents.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and shop maintenance standards. Collaborate with project managers to plan workloads and allocate resources. Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for team members.

Troubleshoot fabrication issues and suggest process improvements. Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and production outputs. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely material deliveries.

Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies. Qualifications:Minimum 7 yearsof experience in fabrication or manufacturing. At least 3 yearsin a supervisory or foreman role.

Strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques, machinery, and tools. Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Familiarity with workplace safety standards and practices. Working Conditions:On-site role in a fabrication shop environment. Must be able to lift heavy materials and work in conditions with noise, heat, and fumes.
