Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, seminars, product launches, and other company activities.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, accommodations, audiovisual needs, and transportation.
  • Work closely with the Events Manager to develop budgets, timelines, and event concepts.
  • Manage event staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to schedules.
  • Negotiate and liaise with external suppliers, vendors, and service providers to secure quality services at competitive rates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and government requirements related to events.
  • Monitor and evaluate event performance through post-event feedback and reports; recommend improvements for future events.
  • Maintain accurate records of event-related contracts, expenses, and documentation.
  • Assist in developing marketing and promotional strategies for events in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Ensure customer and participant satisfaction by maintaining a professional and service-oriented approach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Events Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in events planning, coordination, or supervision.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with event management software is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on event requirements.
