Head Foreman

Position OverviewWe are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Head Foreman to lead our fabrication workshop for events, activations, and brand installations. This senior-level role is critical in ensuring all event structures, booths, and brand modules are delivered on time and crafted to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise daily workshop operations and on-site setups

Manage a diverse team of carpenters, installers, fabricators, electricians, and painters

Oversee the fabrication of booths, signage, brand installations, and experiential builds

Translate technical drawings, mood boards, and briefs into actual builds

Assign manpower and schedule builds to meet tight deadlines

Uphold quality control and ensure adherence to safety standards

Collaborate closely with project managers, creatives, and clients

Coordinate materials, logistics, and equipment maintenance

Train and mentor junior staff and freelancers

Provide real-time problem-solving on site and in-shop

Track material usage and labor for costing and reportingQualificationsRequired Experience:Minimum 5 years in fabrication or manufacturing (wood, acrylic, foamcore, metal, stickering, Sintra build-up, signage, electrical, and mixed media) (REQUIRED)At least 3 years in a supervisory or foreman role within events, exhibitions, or similar industries (REQUIRED)Key Skills:Deep knowledge of fabrication and live event production

Ability to interpret and execute technical drawings and 3D renders

Strong leadership and team management skills

Familiarity with modular construction, rigging, and safety practices

Physically capable and able to work in noisy, hot environments when needed

Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and during event builds/teardowns
